Course Contribution Description

At the Faculty of Law of Universitas Gadjah Mada the courses are shared by several lecturers. This website informs about my 10 resp. 6 lectures in the courses "Law and Globalization" (Intern. LL.M program) and "Hukum dan Globalisasi" (MIH, Classes A and B) in Semester 1, 2026/2027. They complement those of my colleague Dr. Ranga Aditya Dachlan resp. of my colleagues Dr. Laurensia Andrini and Dr. Haekal Al Asyari. They focus on the subject areas "Globalisation and the world order of states" (part 2 in both courses) and "Preserving the rule-based international legal order in turbulent times" (part 3 of the course, only in the LL.M program).
